Ultimate Health Chiropractic provides Chiropractic care to adults and children looking to achieve optimal health and wellness. Owned and operated by Dr. Brett Wood, we’ve been serving the Southlake/Keller area for over 17 years. We pride ourselves on taking a natural, drugless approach to helping our patients reach their health goals. We believe that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself and encourage this innate healing ability by focusing on the
individual, the health of their spine and the specific areas that will result in optimal health and wellness for that individual.
