New Patient First Visit

On your first visit to Ultimate Health Chiropractic you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition.

One of our Doctors will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

After a thorough consultation in our office with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurologic, postural, and physical examinations. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so that a better understanding of how chiropractic can help you.  X-ray is required to get a full evaluation of a patient.  Our equipment is state of the art for imaging.

Once all the information is collected, and the examination and x-rays have been performed, you will be rescheduled to come back and the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you recommendations for treatment.  We will only begin treatment once we have been given your consent.

New Patient Second Visit

After the doctor has gone over all necessary findings it is time for your Gonstead Chiropractic Adjustment!! Piecing together all the information your Doctor has received from your history, examination, and x-rays, he or she will perform a very gentle, very specific spinal adjustment to begin the correction of any areas of nerve pressure.

The Gonstead adjustment is centered on only adjusting areas of the spine that have been found to have nerve pressure and NEED to be adjusted. Your Doctor will only adjust those areas he or she feels are true problem areas and will leave the rest of your spine alone.

Most of our patients begin to see results from the very first adjustment. Our special, gentle, yet effective alignment of the body is interactive with the patient, gentle enough for kids, yet able to restore function and movement for the athlete and senior.
