I was a woman who suffered from constant lower back pain and daily heartburn until I met chiropractors, Drs. Brett & Carolyn Wood. I, as so many people had a negative opinion about chiropractors. One day I decided to see for myself, what did I have to lose, since no other medical doctor would help me without prescribing me pain killers and living on antacids which I was doing. I wanted relief not a band aid or possibly back surgery. So I took a chance and made an appointment with Dr. Brett. My life has dramatically changed for the better since the first day I started having adjustments to my spine. I no longer go to bed in pain or wake up in pain. I can exercise without suffering immediate pain for the next two days. I had forgotten what it was like to live without pain, it's so liberating. I have also learned how to better my body from the inside. Dr. Carolyn had taught me that the foods I eat have a lot to do with the way the body functions. I'm making better food choices because of the knowledge and guidance she has provided so I can live heartburn free. I was not promised a miracle but a better way of life and I have recieved much more than they will ever know. I'm having continuous pain free days and my body is functioning at a level that I didn't know was possible thanks to Dr. Brett & Carolyn Wood, who believe and live what they practice. Prior to going to Ultimate Health Chiropractic I was having anxiety, mood swings, headaches and back pain. I was taking numerous medications on a daily basis to make it through each day. It was difficult for me to be happy which greatly affected my marriage and relationship with my children. I have been receiving treatment 2-3 times per week for the past two months and I am off medication, my back and neck feel great and I feel happier and more in control of my emotions than ever. I do not believe I would be this far this fast without chiropractic care.

I have had shoulder pain from an old injury and considerable low back pain for 2-3 years. I have seen two doctors, two other chiropractors and three massage therapists. For several months I had numbness in my feet and toes, trouble breathing due to back pain and numbness in my fingers. What brought me into Ultimate Health Chiropractic originally was my lower back. I was standing at almost a 90 degree angle and had severe pain when I tried to stand up straight. Within a few settings I was able to get back to a lifestyle which includes softball, kick-boxing and jiu-jitsu. A bonus was my heartburn of 3-4 times per week has all been eliminated.

I was experiencing low back pain, shortness of breath, sinus problems and mild to moderate vertigo. What brought me in was “creeping numbness” in the first two fingers of my right hand. I had been having all of these problems for 6-8 months. I had seen my primary care physician four times for the vertigo and an ENT three times. For the numbness in my hand I had been to a clinic six times. The pressing concern was my hand. With limited feeling, I could not hold film cassettes or move my patients properly for x-rays without hurting them. At times it bothered me so much I could not get enough sleep. Two visits into treatment and the vertigo and numbness in my hand was gone. I can also breathe easier and sleep deeper and longer. I feel alive again and move easier!

WOW!!!!! What a difference you have made in Blake's life. He has always struggled with asthma. We started seeing you in December and Blake has not gotten sick at all.
